I have the plugin for save clip file from youtube.com and it's easy for do that.
now the first you should have install firefox before. and can download it free from www.mozilla.com and get firefox version 2.0.01 it's new update. and when you download complete. and install it.
and two. you go to https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3006/ and download it.
if you download and install download helper and you can see it same human sign near address bar. when you go to youtube site and play clip video, download helper is move. and you use mouse to right click to load it. but the clip is flash file.
